Signed contract for commissioning of Water Line on CWWTP Leskovac

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Veolia Water Solutions & Technologies has contracted for the execution of works on the commissioning of facilities on the Water Line at the Central Wastewater Treatment Plant in the City of Leskovac. Within 9 months, VWST will put into operation the Water Line that was built in 2016 with the obligation to achieve the legally required quality of wastewater treatment within that period. As part of the contracted service, VWST will train the staff of PUC Vodovod Leskovac to independently operate and maintain the plant in operation in accordance with the recommendations of the equipment manufacturer.

The objective of commissioning the CPPOV water line facilities by Veolia Water Solutions & Technologies is:

• start-up and commissioning of technological facilities and equipment of the CPPOV water line

• establishment of adequate technical-technological and biological purification processes

• provision of physico-chemical parameters of treated wastewater in accordance with the designed parameters and legal regulations

• starting and running the sludge treatment of the water line - Dehydration of sludge

• production of sludge as input media for the CPPOV sludge technological line

• improvement of process automation with remote control via SCADA system

• training of the staff of PUC Vodovod Leskovac
