The subject of the PPP project proposal without the elements of concession is financing, reconstruction, operation management, maintenance and distribution of thermal energy from a part of heat sources in Heating plant.
WORKS DESCRIPTION
Procurement, installation and commissioning of new gas and pellet boilers, reconstruction of existing equipment and installations in boiler rooms, as well as installation of automatic control and remote control of boiler rooms systems. The project proposal covers 10 boilers with a rated thermal output of 36.9 MW.
